Thanksgiving is supposed to be a happy day filled with delicious food and loved ones. Unfortunately, for many families in our community struggling to make ends meet, it can be a painful reminder of their financial struggles.

You can make one day of their year a little easier. YOU can provide a Thanksgiving meal basket with all the trimmings for a family through NVFS’ Operation Turkey.

Please join us as we brighten the Thanksgiving holiday for 2,100+ local families.

You can help by donating:

A monetary contribution
Your cash gift makes the biggest impact — a gift of $50 provides a family of four with all the fixings for a Thanksgiving meal.

Nonperishable food items
Your donated food items will help fill Thanksgiving baskets distributed to families in need. Click here for suggested food items and drop-off info.

Gift cards in denominations of $25
Your Target, Walmart or local grocery store gift cards will give families the flexibility to purchase food for their favorite holiday dishes!
