John —

While last night was not everything that Democrats had hoped for, it should serve as a wake-up call for next year’s midterm elections. Virginia is a prime example of why we can’t get complacent heading into 2022.

Yesterday’s results have already had an impact in some of the closest Senate races that we can’t afford to lose. Just take a look for yourself:

Our Senate races in Arizona, Georgia and Nevada have all been moved to “toss-ups” and the race in Colorado has even shifted down to “likely Democratic”. This is tough news for these races and our slim Senate majority.

We have to rally around these 4 candidates and make sure they have the resources to turn things around. We can’t afford to lose a single seat next year, which is why we have to ask:

If you are able, will you chip in $4 or more to support candidates like these and help power our grassroots effort to Defend the Senate? There’s so much on the line and our pathway to success just got a lot more challenging. [[link removed]]

So much is on the line in the coming months. But we’re confident we can defend and expand our majority if we work together.
