Hi John,
COP26 is underway. It’s a moment when campaigners and activists come together, in actions across the UK and the world, to call for climate justice and system change.

Justice won’t be handed to us by world leaders or delivered by corporations. Only we can imagine and build the future that works for all of us!

Here are two things you can do to take action for climate justice during COP.

**
1) Join the global day of action on Saturday
------------------------------------------------------------
This Saturday, 6 November, is a Global Day for Climate Justice and there are many protests and marches being organised in more than 30 cities and towns from Bangor to York.

Find an event close to you on the COP26 coalition map ([link removed]) and join thousands of others on the streets!

At the close of the day there is a digital rally ([link removed]) , with speakers including Greta Thunberg, Vanessa Nakate, Naomi Klein and Lidy Nacpil.

** 2) Join our webinar: Corporate Courts = Climate Chaos
------------------------------------------------------------
* When: Sunday 7 November, 11:45am-13:15pm
* Where: online on zoom

Just five companies are currently suing governments for $18 billion for taking climate action. They’re using investment tribunals (or ‘corporate courts’), and they’re not the only ones. Hear from international allies about the way communities are fighting back against corporate courts - and how some governments are now getting rid of them.

We do hope you can join us!
