John, people are
paying attention to the power of our movement. Yesterday, The Guardian
wrote:

“Ocasio-Cortez’s meteoric rise was the result of the hard work and
commitment of people in the Bronx and Queens, and...groups like Justice
Democrats"

With your grassroots support, we helped elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in
2018 and changed the narrative on what’s possible. We showed that there is
national support for policies like the Green New Deal, Medicare for All,
free public college, and ending mass incarceration and deportation.

We can defeat the entrenched corporate Democrats and win our fight for the
soul of the Democratic Party. But, we need to have the resources to
compete against the corporate PACs and special interests who want to hold
onto their influence in Congress.

We’re facing our end of month deadline in just three days — when we’ll
close the books on this month’s fundraising.

Whether or not we hit our fundraising goal of $34,781 will determine how
much support we’re able to provide to our endorsed candidates like Marie
Newman and Jessica Cisneros. By electing our endorsed progressive
champions, we can grow the squad in Congress and continue the push to pass
policies that the American people deserve.
