Happy Mums, Happy Tums

Dear John xxxxxx,

First of all, a big thank you to those who have so generously donated to our ‘Happy Mums, Happy Tums’ [[link removed]] appeal, helping mums in rural Sierra Leone take charge of their family’s health. If you would still like to donate, have no fear, there is still time! Remember, all donations made before 31 December 2019 will be doubled by the UK government up to £2 million!

If you're up for a challenge to help mums and children in Sierra Leone, you can fundraise through our Just Giving page [[link removed]]! It’s an exciting opportunity to run a 10k, get creative in the kitchen by hosting a themed bake sale, or organise an event at your kid’s school or workplace!

It’s easy to set up a fundraising page - we will provide you with a blurb and images to use. Why not check out our Just Giving page [[link removed]] now!

If you would like to get involved just reply to this email and we’ll send you a mini toolkit to get started!

Any amount you donate or raise could make a difference to thousands of families in rural Sierra Leone. Your donations could pay for breeding chickens to provide a stable food source for families, emergency treatment for undernourished children or training and resources for social workers to support the most marginalised members of the community.

Much more information on the appeal can be found here [[link removed]].

Your contribution to our appeal will go twice as far – all donations made before 31 December 2019 will be doubled by the UK government, up to £2 million! It will enable Health Poverty Action to continue working with marginalised communities around the world, tackling and addressing the root causes of poverty and injustice.

Match funding from the UK government will directly support the health and nutrition of mums and young children in rural Sierra Leone, and public donations will support Health Poverty Action’s work where it’s needed most.

Thank you once again for all your support!

Yours sincerely,

Siaffa Bunduka
