While the future of reproductive health care hangs in the balance, folks across the country are watching the Supreme Court right now.

Yesterday, the Court heard oral arguments in the case challenging a Texas law banning all abortions after just six weeks — before most women even know they’re pregnant. The Court’s 6-3 right-wing majority gave a strong indication on how they’ll decide this case when they refused to block this dangerous, unconstitutional law from going into effect back in September.

And on December 1st, the Supreme Court will hear a case on a Mississippi abortion-ban law, directly challenging precedent decided in Roe v. Wade. If overturned, it could wipe out abortion access in Republican-held states across the country.

Roe v. Wade is under attack like never before, folks. That’s why I introduced the Women's Health Protection Act in the Senate this summer — legislation to finally protect the right to abortion by federal law, no matter what the Court decides.

Every day I'm working to pass this crucial legislation because every woman, regardless of where she lives, deserves the freedom to make her own, personal decisions about her health care, her family, and her body.

If you're with me, sign your name next to mine on our petition demanding Congress pass the Women’s Health Protection Act and protect equal access to reproductive care nationwide once and for all.

Thanks for your support. I won't stop fighting to defend reproductive rights — no matter how difficult the battle.
