Friend,
I'll keep this brief since I know today's election day here in Iowa (and in New Jersey and Virginia too -- fingers crossed!) 🤞 I'm pleased to report that we were able to meet, and even exceed our digital fundraising goal for October.
Thank you!
In other news,
John Deere and the UAW announced they had a tentative agreement to raise worker wages and preserve the pension. Our entire community played a big role in demanding concessions from Deere, and you should be proud of what you did.
It's been hard at times trying to cut through the noise with everything going on in Washington DC -- it's always been my goal to keep you informed about the important issues here in Iowa like the Deere strike.
That said, I value your feedback about the issues you're dealing with personally. In order to bring us together around solutions, I need to know what's on your mind. That's why I'm asking:
Will you take my one-minute survey to let me know your thoughts: What issues are you thinking about right now and what can our campaign do to better reach voters? Your answers help guide our next steps.

With the nation's attention on Virginia -- today is a big day. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens later tonight, and will be in touch with more information about our campaign soon.
Together, we can make Iowa a place that welcomes everyone and gives everyone the opportunity to not just survive, but thrive. That alone makes everything worth it.

PS. If you're voting in Iowa and need to find your polling place,
you can do so here.
