Dear Readers,
This will be a watershed month for the pro-life movement in America. Today, the Supreme Court will hear a case challenging the Texas Heartbeat Act. And on December 1st, the Court will hear the opening arguments of Dobbs v. Jackson. The decisions in these cases will either spell the end of our abortion regime and constitute a significant blow against the culture of death, or else they will mean the end of the conservative legal movement as we know it.
Over the coming weeks, we will be digging up some of our best articles on abortion, from our founding three decades ago to the present.
First up is a strong piece by John Finnis from our April issue: “Abortion is Unconstitutional. ([link removed]) ”
