Friend,
Tomorrow, Americans
across the country will go to the polls and participate in local,
state, and federal elections -- and if there's an election happening
where you live, then I encourage you to get out and vote! If you’re
not sure whether your county or municipality is holding an election,
you can visit votesaveamerica.com or check
your state’s election website for more information.
There are
two key races in particular that are shaping up to be highly
competitive: the gubernatorial elections in New Jersey and Virginia.
We need to elect Democrat Phil Murphy in New Jersey and
Democrat Terry McAuliffe in Virginia, so I’m especially urging voters
who are registered in either of those states to make sure they cast a
ballot tomorrow!
If you live outside of New Jersey or
Virginia but would like to support Democrats’ Election Day efforts
there, visit events.democrats.org
for virtual phone and text banking opportunities.
From local
ballot initiatives to statewide races, participating in our democratic
process is one of the most important, impactful civic responsibilities
that we have. So, I hope you’ll take the opportunity tomorrow to
exercise your right to vote!
Best, Ted
DO I HAVE AN ELECTION
TOMORROW?
