Today, the Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments on Texas’s extremist law to effectively ban a woman’s right to choose and deputize any person in America to sue doctors and health care professionals, Uber drivers, or anyone one else involved in assisting a patient in that state to access reproductive health care.

These bills pose an existential threat to an individual’s right to make their own decisions about their body, and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick is complicit in the continued threat to reproductive freedoms.

It’s no secret that reproductive rights are under attack nationwide, John.

But when given the opportunity to protect a woman’s right to safe and reliable reproductive health care, Brian Fitzpatrick voted “NO” on the Women’s Health Protection Act.

We need a representative who is determined to make sure that every individual can access reproductive health care -- not someone who votes against a woman’s right to choose every time.
