The elections happening tomorrow — from municipal elections to governors races to judicial contests — have a very real impact even if they get less attention than federal elections. Here are some resources to ✔️ check ✔️ if you’re voting tomorrow:


✔️ The Verifier: Visit the Verifier to see the types of voting equipment that will be used in your polling place or vote center — or to learn about the types of voting equipment in use in every jurisdiction across the United States. For example, if you’re a New Jersey voter, did you know that your voting equipment could have changed since the 2020 election and we’re the only group comprehensively tracking it? Let’s say you live in Mercer County, New Jersey: with a few clicks you can learn about your county’s new electronic poll books, Election Day voting equipment, and the scanner used to tabulate mail ballots.

✔️ Your Voter Registration: Before you head out to vote, #checkyourreg here to confirm that your voter registration information is up to date. If you see a problem, contact your local election office or the Election Protection Hotline ([link removed]) immediately. You can find your election official’s contact information by visiting the Verifier ([link removed]) and clicking on your state and county.

✔️ Your Ballot: The simplest thing you can do to secure your vote is to double check your paper ballot to verify your selections before casting your vote, especially if you’re using an electronic interface to fill out your ballot.
