Sea Shepherd Exposes Squid Fishing Fleet in the Waters Surrounding the Galapagos Islands

 

 

In a covert mission, Sea Shepherd’s Ocean Warrior took to the high seas to shine a spotlight on the notorious Chinese distant-water squid fishing fleet, and what they found was shocking. Mexico and Sea Shepherd Partner to Save the Vaquita Porpoise

 

 

Sea Shepherd has entered into a new agreement with the Government of Mexico to protect the world’s most endangered marine mammal - the vaquita porpoise. Sea Shepherd Conservation Society Chairman and President Pritam Singh signed the agreement earlier this summer, ensuring that Operation Milagro will resume in the fall of 2021.
