This week, OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates and Asian Americans Advancing Justice - AAJC are launching a week of action focused on the racial profiling of Asian Americans and Asian immigrants.

What's happening now: We’re calling on the Biden administration to address the profiling caused by the U.S. Department of Justice’s “China Initiative," and for Congress to exercise oversight of federal agencies to stop using race, ethnicity, or ancestry as a basis to investigate scientists, researchers, and scholars of Asian and Chinese descent.
