This is an important election --don't let narrow special interests decide Denver's future.
Dear neighbor,
Time is running out -- you only have until 7 p.m. Tuesday to return your ballot. This is an important election --don't let narrow special interests decide Denver's future. Make sure your voice is heard. Bring your ballot to a 24-hour drop box, voter service center or mobile voting location near you ([link removed]) .
Here are my recommendations for the Denver ballot:
Yes on Measures 2A-E: Voting yes will provide funding for 88 infrastructure projects across the city and create 7,500 good-paying jobs and $1 billion in economic impact -- without raising taxes. Please vote yes on all five measures.
No on Measure 2F: If this measure passes, it will make it even more expensive to live in Denver. Please vote no.
No on Initiative 300: While pandemic research is important, this measure would increase taxes just in Denver. That's not fair. Please vote no.
No on Initiative 303: Homelessness is certainly one of the top issues in Denver, but this isn't a solution. Please vote no.
No on Initiative 304: This measure would force us to cut $80 million from the city budget and reduce the type of services residents deserve, including police and fire protection, street repairs and trash pickup. Please vote no.
Remember, the deadline to return your ballot is 7 p.m. Tuesday. Bring your ballot to a 24-hour drop box, voter service center or mobile voting location near you ([link removed]) .
Thank you for voting!
Respectfully,
Michael
