A chilling CNN report says Democratic Secretaries of State are being overwhelmed with voicemail threats like these as they campaign to stop election deniers from taking over state election machinery in the 2022 elections:

"I am a hunter -- and I think you should be hunted."

"You will never be safe in Arizona again."

"I'm really jonzing to see your purple face after you've been hanged."

"Die!"

Thousands of PCCC members across the country are donating to the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State -- our ally working to win 2022 Secretaries of State races in Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan. Can you chip in today?

In a recent email to PCCC members, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson made clear the stakes: "We’re in the middle of a war over the future of our democracy. As the top election official in Michigan, I’ve lived it and seen firsthand the dangerous, coordinated campaign to undo democracy being waged in Michigan and around the country. Their goal is to make it harder to vote and easier to overturn election results they don’t like."

CNN predicts, "the threats will increase going into next year, with Republicans around the country making election doubt conspiracies a central plank of their campaigns."

Rachel Maddow points out that "Huge amounts of money are pouring into Secretary of State races in battleground states that have become top-priority elections for the Republican Party, and specifically for Donald Trump's political operation...It is really happening. It is underway."

Can you help the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State elect Democratic, pro-democracy Secretaries of State next year? Donate here.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
