I announced my candidacy for D.C. Attorney General 10 days ago, and in that short amount of time, 681 District residents backed our campaign with a contribution. As a result, your contributions will be multiplied five times with public matching funds.
I am honored and inspired by your support.
The past 10 days have been a remarkable kickstart for our campaign. Beginning now, we will use the resources you have given us to embark on a citywide conversation about justice, fairness, economic security and opportunity. It is vital that we hear from every District resident and fully understand their needs. The foundation of our campaign will be built by listening.
