I hate to bother you on a Sunday, but I wanted to reach out one last time before our crucial October fundraising deadline tonight to see if you can spare even $5 to support my campaign and help keep me in Congress.

It’s a challenging and exciting time to be California’s youngest Member of Congress. After four years of the Trump presidency and a pandemic that has laid bare the inequities in our country, we have an opportunity to redefine who we are as Americans while rebuilding our communities in a way that reflects our values.

It’s crucial that Democrats continue to hold the House majority so that we can keep working on important issues like making the expanded Child Tax Credit permanent, passing the Green New Deal, and lowering prescription drug prices. Congress needs people like me who can be strong advocates for the policies that matter to American families and workers.
