Leveling America

Social Justice and Identity in
American Higher Education
Dear Friend,

Please join the National Association of Scholars and the James G. Martin Center for Academic Renewal on December 6th in Raleigh, NC for the afternoon-long program “Leveling America: Social Justice and Identity in American Higher Education” and the launch of our new report, Social Justice Education in America.

David Randall's bombshell report studies the influence of social justice advocates at over 60 colleges and universities. During his research, David discovered that over the last two decades social justice educators have come to dominate much of American higher education. These professional activists (administrators and professors) have transformed universities into training camps for progressive activism. Most job postings today demand conformity to the campus doctrines of “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.” Even worse, tenured professors who don’t profess the cause can find themselves censured and ostracized by students and faculty alike by targeted questions on student and professional assessments. Soon entire universities will be staffed by people who teach activism and call it education.

“Leveling America” will bring together politicians, researchers, and academic administrators to highlight our most important findings and create a discussion on tactics and reforms to disrupt this long march through the academy.

Speakers and panelists include the University of North Carolina Board of Governors member Steven B. Long, former North Carolina State Representative Jonathan Jordan, Professor of Criminology at UNC-Wilmington Mike Adams, President of the National Association of Scholars Peter W. Wood, President of the James G. Martin Center for Academic Renewal Jenna Robinson, and Thomas W. Smith Fellow of the Manhattan Institute Heather Mac Donald.

Tickets are free, so order today to secure your seat. The first 20 people to register will receive a free ceramic coffee mug and the first 10 registrations will also receive a free Moleskin notebook, both with the National Association of Scholars logo.
