Creative Approaches in Photography When Working With Young People in a Youth Work Setting

I’m delighted to let you know that we’re holding our popular training on photography for those working with young people again this November 12, from 10:00 - 3:00 in Fumbally Court, Dublin 8. As places are subsidised, they tend to sell quickly, so make sure to book your place!

The training is designed for anyone working with young people in a youth work, out-of-school or non-formal education setting and will help you to explore photography as a creative and exciting medium for engaging young people.

By developing practical skills in digital photography participants will become inspired and more confident about using photography when working with young people:

• you’ll gain a range of practical skills to deliver a high quality photography programme that supports and advances youth work outcomes.
• look at new ways to use photography when exploring issues with young people.
• take away ideas and resources to assist you in using photography in your youth work practice.
