North Carolina is known for having some of the most competitive and notoriously expensive races. In fact, the nonpartisan analysts at Cook Political Report have rated this race as one of only three toss-ups in the entire country for 2022.

Whether or not Democrats are able to hold or expand the Senate majority could be determined by the success of our campaign. And yes, that is an immense amount of pressure that our team faces every day.

But I know that if we dig deep, then together we can replace Richard Burr with someone who has the moral courage to do what’s right and who has a stubborn, relentless refusal to see justice abandoned.
