Seattle Democratic Socialist of America

Step 1: Phonebank Supporters who gave Democracy Vouchers to Nikkita Oliver & Nicole-Thomas Kennedy

This election is the fork in the road. Does Seattle elect Nikkita Oliver, a working-class socialist abolitionist organizer with years of experience, to city council or a wealthy business owner? Does Seattle elect Nicole Thomas-Kennedy, an abolitionist public defender who has been attorney of record in 600 cases and never lost a jury-trial, as city attorney or a Republican who went MAGA in 2020? Do we want a city that works for the people? The stakes are too high to sit this out. Housing for All, Defunding Police to Invest in Human Needs, a Green New Deal with Union Jobs and centering BIPOC stakeholders, Elder- and Childcare, reversing our regressive tax code, and more are on this agenda. Get already-committed voters to drop-off their ballots and also find your nearest ballot box.

Step 2: Print Ballots, Get out the Neighborhoods at Light Rail Stations 12-6PM

We're teaming up to print ballots for voters every day until the election at Cap Hill Light Rail Station 12pm - 6pm. We need volunteers to go around the neighborhood to let people know there is a ballot printing station -- and volunteers to set up at Columbia City + U-District stations.
