The importance of forests and indigenous peoples in the fight against climate change can’t be over-estimated.

In a special event for UN CoP26 Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, EIA in partnership with If Not Us Then Who and Rainforest Foundation UK present ‘Voices From the Forests’, a film showcase and panel that you can join from home.

Tune in at 3pm on Wednesday 3 November at the official youtube platform ([link removed]) .

Part of the official programme, the event will highlight the role of local communities and partnerships in forest protection. The event will be streamed live from the IMAX cinema in Glasgow, hosted and moderated by Jonathan Watts, Global Environmental Editor at The Guardian.
