This is the most important election in the country this year. Virginia is a must win for Democrats.

Last year, we worked tirelessly to stand up to Donald Trump. We stood up for our children and our future and our morals — and we voted against right-wing extremism in its entirety.

But now, our progress is under attack. If my right-wing opponent Glenn Youngkin becomes governor, that’ll lend legitimacy to his dangerous brand of politics and it will grant Donald Trump a path back to the presidency.

And right now, Youngkin winning is a real possibility.
