Joe Biden’s Build Back Better Act started out as a $3.5 trillion
resolution that would deliver meaningful action on housing, health care,
climate change, childcare, and so much more.

But because of resistance from conservative Democrats like Joe Manchin and
Kyrsten Sinema – a number of the proposed policies in this resolution
continue to be at risk of being cut.

Cori and her progressive colleagues refuse to back down. We refuse to let
the influence of Big Pharma and the fossil fuel industry obstruct our
chance at delivering urgently needed investment for our communities.
