John,
I could not be more proud of Virginia Democrats’ accomplishments in the General Assembly over the past two years.
From increasing the minimum wage and abolishing the death penalty to expanding early voting and legalizing marijuana, we’ve delivered important wins for our Commonwealth.
But our work doesn’t end there. Virginia has some of the shortest legislative sessions in the country, which means there’s only so much that can be accomplished during each session. We’ve come a long way in undoing harmful right wing policies in our state, but there’s still so much work to do.
Our progress is improving the lives of folks across the Commonwealth, but we could lose it all if Republicans win a majority in the House on Tuesday.
Election Day is just 3 days away, so I have to ask: Will you split a donation today between Hala Ayala and my fight to protect our Democratic majority?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Thank you for your continuing support.
Sincerely yours,
Eileen Filler-Corn
Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates
