Virginia Democrats sue USPS for delays that threaten to disenfranchise voters - The Hill

John,

According to a recently filed lawsuit, DeJoy’s USPS is experiencing significant delays in heavily Democratic 3 days before the Virginia elections.

The Virginia Gubernatorial election is now officially a toss-up. This lawsuit addresses significant delays with “particularly egregious” cases in Democratic areas such as Charlottesville and Norfolk.

According to the lawsuit, these delays are affecting thousands of voters. It’s time to encourage folks to cast their ballots in-person, either early or on Election Day, to stop this sabotage by DeJoy’s USPS.

Help us turn out voters by chipping in $25.

------------

Vote From Home is a grassroots movement that's fighting to expand vote-by-mail. We helped thousands of Democrats vote safely from home in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Georgia in 2020 and 2021. Now we're focused on stopping politicians and legislation who are making it harder for Americans to vote by mail.
