This past week, our policy and field teams have worked around the clock as the final details of Biden's climate package come together.

We've been demanding that lawmakers approve a bill that passes the climate test ? helping to cut our country's planet-warming pollution in half by 2030. There are many possible paths to get there, but in recent days, a critically important provision was struck from the bill.

In response, our teams worked furiously to bolster other environmental investments in the bill ? and it worked. If we can get the bill passed, Biden's framework will be the strongest action the United States has ever taken to combat the climate crisis and will help put us on track to do what science and justice demand.
