Tomorrow marks one of our favorite holidays, Halloween! 👻 While the night will surely bring some spooky fun, there’s something happening that is way more frightening than ghosts, werewolves, or vampires.

Next week, on November 2, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case against the Texas abortion ban, followed by the Mississippi ban in the coming months. And with our fundamental reproductive rights being in the hands of the conservative-leaning Supreme Court, it is likely that they will use this opportunity to overturn or gut Roe v. Wade. It is terrifying that by the end of 2021, our reproductive rights could be stripped away.

This Halloween, we’re going to be honest, we’re pretty scared. But we know that there are checks and balances in place, and we have a major plan to stay in the fight. Help us protect reproductive rights and elect pro-choice women to office by making a donation now →

Under the Texas abortion ban, any private citizen, including your shady ex, nosy neighbor, or Uber driver, could sue you for seeking an abortion. The law is horrifying. If the Supreme Court upholds it, the domino effect will be devastating for women across the nation. We cannot allow states to put bounties over women's heads for seeking necessary, and sometimes life-saving, reproductive care.

The work we do is critical. We are working to elect pro-choice women to seats that will determine whether or not reproductive rights will be protected – and many of our candidates' races are happening THIS TUESDAY!
