The following article is EITHER a complete nonsensical, made-up joke or it is a real study under consideration by a Florida City Commission.

An unnamed Florida City Commissioner is exploring a study on systemic racism that was produced by the Southern Poverty Law Center, Black Lives Matter Legal Foundation and the ACLU.

The Report is entitled:

“Are Florida Retirement Communities Really Bastions of White-Racism?”

The report has many conclusions, but some jumped out.

Florida Senior Citizen Retirement Communities that have WALLS, FENCES, or GUARD BOOTHS, are exhibiting systemic, exclusionary Racism and therefore the walls, fences and guard booths must come down, over a 5-year period, to produce a more equitable, just, non-racist, and environmentally sensitive retirement community.

* WALLS are viewed by third-world citizens as historic symbols of Western colonialism because in the 1800’s the French used to build walls around their urinals and saloons.


* GUARD BOOTHS are viewed by victims of our American judicial system as racist reminders of their time in the joint. Felons and ex-cons suffer mental anguish when having to present photo ID to a guard and be reminded of prison procedures.


* FENCES create an unbalanced mental state of freedom verses enslavement. The enfenced may think they are free, as the wind blows through the fence and they can see out, but in fact that are enslaved by the fence, not allowed to enter the retirement community due to lack of identification or so-called “rights of private property.”


The World Economic Forum, at their 2021 Davos “Great Reset” Forum stated that non-residents of racist retirement communities are Global Citizens thereby entitling them to humane access to retirement communities as long as the non-residents do not violate UN law. If the law-abiding, non-resident is questioned by the police, they must be released back into the retirement community property.

Are Retirement Communities Really Bastions of White-Racism, further concludes that fences, guard booths and walls, pollute the environment when fossil fuels are used to build these racist devices. The use of fossil fuel to build walls, fences and guard booths will be discussed at a panel moderated by Greta Thunberg at the UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland in November 2021.
