This race is very close, and with just three days left until Election Day, we need your help to keep Virginia blue. Learn more:
Friend,
We’re just three days away from Election Day in Virginia and I have my eyes glued on any data I get. But, as I told you before, I never lose sight of how close this race is.
Here are some of the latest polls that show you just how close this race is:
Christopher Network University, October 25th: Dem AG Herring is winning by 1%
Suffolk University, October 24th: Dem AG Herring is winning by 3%
Emerson College, October 25th: Dem AG Herring is winning by 3%
Cygnal, October 21st: Dem AG Herring is winning by 1%
Almost every poll that’s hit my desk has AG Herring leading with just a few days left, but every poll has extremist conservative Jason Miyares within the margin of error, and within striking distance of winning.
Every day for the past six weeks, tens of thousands of early voters have cast their ballots in this election, but Early Voting in Virginia ends today… and that means that all eyes are on turning out as many Virginians as possible to vote for Dem AG Herring.
We’ve come to you multiple times over the past two weeks for a contribution, but it’s just that important. We know our work is getting people to the polls, but in the final three days we need one final push.

Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in the next two years, we need your support – will you chip in today?
