Africa & Europe
Praise God for a judgment in a sexual assault case involving a young girl in Kenya. The perpetrator, a neighbor of the girl, was found guilty and sentenced to life in jail. Please pray for the survivor and her ongoing journey of recovery.
Latin America
Praise God that the Latin America regional leadership team will safely unite in person for the first time since the start of COVID-19. In early November, this team will participate in a four-day leadership summit called CLAVE, which means "key" in English. The event will elevate vision and inspiration, while strengthening the region’s strategy. Please pray for teams as they finalize details, and for a smooth and safe event.
South Asia
Pray for ongoing comfort and encouragement for IJM staff pressing forward in this difficult year. The pandemic was especially devastating in South Asia, and many staff are still dealing with ongoing health risks and grief from the loss of loved ones. The cities where we work are also quite dense, so it can be hard to maintain social distance or find relaxing open spaces. Pray for God’s comfort over our team in this painful season and for moments of unexpected joy to help sustain them in the months ahead.
Southeast Asia
Praise God for a momentous event celebrating the U.S.-Philippines Child Protection Compact Partnership! Thanks to this partnership, more than 300 Filipino children have been rescued from online sexual exploitation, and almost 100 local traffickers have been held accountable for their crimes. On October 27, over 1,000 people joined to celebrate the wins of this partnership through an online event. Please pray that participants that joined will be inspired to take action!

IJM global office is located in the United States. IJM has Partner Offices in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
