Hi all!

You've probably heard us talk about race-based caucusing, but what does that mean, exactly?

Race-based caucuses are separate spaces where people of color and white people process how they experience the white supremacy culture.

People of color need space to explore internalized oppression and create space for healing, and white people need space to explore internalized white superiority and to begin to acknowledge the power of cultural conditioning.

These caucuses are the next session in our virtual, monthly Race & Resilience community of practice. It's happening Tuesday, November 12, from 6:30-8pmET!

BTW, you can drop in even if you're brand new to the series, and if you can't join the live video chat, we'll share the recording afterward.

These workshops are over Zoom video chat, so make sure you register to get the meeting link

P.S. It's not too late to sign up for the full series if you'd like to catch up on the sessions we've been holding every month since June.
