Northville's Election Day is Nov. 5!

Election Day is almost here! Are you ready to vote?

Northville has seen changes through the decades, and more are coming, whether we are ready for them or not. This election is important to the future of our community and your voice should be heard. With the integrity of our small-town in danger, now is the time we need to be engaged & informed.

Here are a few important tips:
* Make sure you are registered to vote in Northville - visit M ([link removed]) ichigan.gov ([link removed]) to confirm
* Polling Locations
+ Wayne County: Northville Community Center, 303 W. Main Street
+ Oakland County: Amerman Elementary School, 847 N. Center Street
* On Election Day, polls are open from 7am to 8pm.
* At the polls, you’ll be required to show a photo ID

The leaders we elect will make decisions that affect your everyday life in Northville. You have the opportunity to elect a proven leader with business and community development experience; a leader who opposes overdevelopment and is passionate about Greenspace; and a life-long Northvillian who leads with compassion and collaboration. IMPORTANT DATES:
* Now thru 8:00pm on November 5: A person may register to vote in-person at their local City Clerk’s Office with proof of residency. Those registering to vote during this time are eligible for an Absent Voter Ballot.
* Friday, November 1 at 5:00pm: Deadline for a voter to request an Absent Voter Ballot to be mailed by first class mail.
* Saturday, November 2: City Clerk's office open 8am to 4pm for in-person AV ballot requests. Ballot may be voted at City Hall or taken home.
* Monday, November 4 at 4:00pm: Deadline for registered voters to request an Absent Voter Ballot in-person at the Clerk’s Office. Photo ID requirement in effect. Voters are not allowed to leave with the ballot on this day and must vote the ballot in person at City Hall.
* Tuesday, November 5 at 8:00pm: Polls close at 8pm. You must be in line at by 8pm to vote. Voted Absent Voter Ballots must be received by 8pm, November 5 at the City Clerk's office. Postmarks are not accepted.
