Dear John,

As the nomination period for ISI's Conservative Book of the Year Award draws to a close, I have a question for you . . .

Have you made your nomination yet?

While I'm not at liberty to say who the current front-runners are, I can tell you it's a very close race between several brilliant, thought-provoking books. Your vote could make all the difference.

The deadline to nominate is this Sunday, October 31, so make sure to
submit your nomination ([link removed]) now.

The winning author will receive a $10,000 cash prize and will be honored at ISI’s annual Conservative Book of the Year Award Dinner in the spring of 2022.

Recent winners of ISI’s Conservative Book of the Year award include Wilfred M. McClay for Land of Hope, Yoram Hazony for The Virtue of Nationalism, Rod Dreher for The Benedict Option, and Bradley J. Birzer for Russell Kirk: American Conservative. A distinguished panel of judges will select this year’s winner.

Please send in your ideas! Some thoughtful books have come out this year, and I don’t want to overlook any worthy contenders.
