In just a few days, the Supreme Court will hear a case on Texas’ anti-abortion law — a direct challenge to the constitutional right to an abortion laid out in Roe v. Wade.

This case will set a dangerous precedent as more states consider their own restrictive laws banning abortions and criminalizing reproductive care — and we cannot leave it up to the conservative-stacked Supreme Court to defend equitable access to abortions.
