[1]Cori Bush

Hi John – I'm
Morgan, I'm the Political Director for Team Cori.

I'm reaching out today to share a quick recap on the historic work Cori
has been up to this month. I hope after reading you'll [ [link removed] ]chip in
$5 to help hit our $60,000 October fundraising goal and
power Cori's work fighting for bold, progressive change.

Cori started the month by sharing her story of having an abortion after
publicly testifying in Congress. Cori's vulnerability and bravery has
inspired folks across the country to share their own stories so that we
can rise up together against the GOP's attempts to reverse Roe v. Wade.

Then, Cori spent time in St. Louis attending community events and helping
out at a neighborhood clean-up. Every time I'm with Cori on the ground,
it's clear she's doing this work because of how much she loves her
district. She'll do whatever is necessary — whether it's picking up trash
or introducing new legislation — to make the lives of her community
members better.

Lastly, all month Cori has been working to pass President Biden's full
agenda. She and her progressive allies in Congress are holding the line to
ensure Democrats take advantage of this historic opportunity to deliver
meaningful action on housing, health care, climate change, childcare, and
so much more — and Cori won't give up the fight until we have a bill she's
proud to bring home.

Now, here's my ask: [ [link removed] ]Cori's working hard for the people of St. Louis
every single day, but she's up against the far-right and their cronies at
Fox News. So, will you make a donation of $5 or more today
to help hit our end-of-month fundraising goal and show your support for
Cori's leadership?

[ [link removed] ]Chip in $5

Cori knows that at this moment we can't afford to go small. Our future
necessitates big, bold change on everything from climate change to our
criminal-legal system.

John, as
Team Cori's Political Director, I have to be honest with you: The
far-right has already made Cori a top target of their attacks and we have
to be prepared for less-than-progressive primary challengers to pour
millions into St. Louis to try and defeat us next year.

That's why we’re investing early — from reaching out to voters, recruiting
volunteers, and hiring staff — to prepare for the journey ahead. We're
more motivated than ever to keep working to bring transformative change to
all of our communities, but Cori can't do it without your help.

[ [link removed] ]So please, if you're with Cori in this movement, chip in
$5 or anything you can before Sunday's deadline to show
the strength of our anti-racist, progressive movement.

Thanks for your support ahead of our critical deadline,

Morgan
Political Director for Team Cori
