Earlier this month, I put together a job fair a West Chester University in which 125 employers and hundreds of job seekers participated. It was hard not to notice the innovation, energy, and engagement coming out of so many employers and potential employees. We live in a place full of talent – and it's up to us elected officials to help build the conditions for that talent to truly thrive.

Again and again, I'm struck by the incredible responsibility I hold as your elected representative, friend. That's why every single day, I'm fighting to build a better Commonwealth – and a better country, one in which working families can earn a good living and live a long, healthy life. 

But there's a snag: the GOP. While I'm committed to building a country of opportunity and progress, too many in the Republican Party want to take us back. From barreling forward with a hyper-partisan 2020 "election audit" to spreading misinformation and conspiracy theories, the GOP's agenda is dangerous to our country. Will you give $5 or more now to keep PA-06 and the House blue so I can keep fighting for progress for you and your family?

While I'm fighting for a better America, too many Republicans just want to maintain the status quo and push their divisive agenda. That’s why there’s a target on my back – and over a year before Election Day, there have already been TV, radio, and online attack ads against me. To make this worse, my two self-funding opponents have already dumped hundreds of thousands of dollars into their own campaigns to buy this seat.

To get ahead of these attacks and spread our positive message, my team set a goal to raise another $6,500 before the end of October. Hitting this goal is crucial to maintaining our momentum, and 12 months ahead of the election, this goal could set us up for success – or failure.
