John xxxxxx — we’re respectfully asking if you will make a $5 donation to our campaign before our October fundraising deadline on Sunday?

Sorry to be so blunt, but our October fundraising deadline is on Sunday and we still need to raise $7,773 to close the gap.

We know we say this often, but hitting this month’s goal is so important. Here’s why:

Just this month, Democrats kept the government open and we stopped the radical right from defaulting on our debt. Now we are hard at work trying to pass the bipartisan infrastructure bill and Build Back Better Act for the people.

But Trump and National Republicans have made clear they’re still set on taking back the majority and unraveling all of this hard work.

So if we plan to keep control of the House and Senate after 2022, then we need to hit our goals now and along the way so we have the resources to put up a fight. Which is why we have to ask:

If you are able, will you make a $5 donation to our campaign? It’s going to take a lot of people chipping in a few bucks at a time to help reach our October fundraising goal and keep House Democrats in the majority.
