Now Luke is out with a new investigative report, and this one directly
implicates Clinton crony and Democratic candidate for governor Terry McAuliffe.

 

McAulliffe made headlines last month when he said that parents shouldn’t be
involved in what their kids are learning at school. Well, our new bombshell
report indicates that not only will the Virginia gubernatorial candidate not be
supportive of parents and students, he will actively work against them if
elected to office.

 

According to documents uncovered by our investigative team, a law firm that
employed McAulliffe, and is helping to fund his campaign, is being paid
millions of dollars to aggressively fight victims of alleged sexual abuse in
Virginia schools, on behalf of school administrators that these girls claim
ignored their pleas for help.

 

In one case, the law firm that McAulliffe worked for has been trying to shut
down a lawsuit from a student who says she was raped repeatedly while in middle
school. They are trying to force the victim to be named publicly if she hopes
to move forward with the lawsuit.

 

In another case, a student told school administrators she was assaulted while
on a band trip. The school security officer allegedly told her there was no
point in reporting the assault. Even worse, emails show school officials joking
about the incident. The law firm Terry McAulliffe worked for is making the
outrageous claim that the school did not have a legal duty to investigate the
student’s allegations. They have lost every court battle, but they are taking
this argument all the way to the Supreme Court.

 

Rather than give these girls the support they need, school administrators are
spending millions of dollars in an attempt to avoid responsibility. And Terry
McAulliffe was more than happy to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars from
the law firm that’s helping them do it.

 

Virginia voters have a right to know these facts before they cast their
ballots. And thanks to the dogged reporting by Luke Rosiak, now they will.
