Rashida isn't interested in a vote on "BIF" — the corporate-backed, small
infrastructure "framework" that establishment Democrats are pushing. We're

She's reiterating what she's been saying, along with Bernie, Cori Bush,
AOC, Ilhan Omar, and Pramila Jayapal. A "framework" backed by corporate
lobbyists is a threat to the environment and the people.

Corporate Democrats have spent months stripping cornerstone policies from
the Build Back Better Act like free community college, Medicare expansion,
prescription drug reform, paid family and medical leave, a billionaire’s
tax, a pathway to citizenship for immigrants, and so much more. BUT these
so-called Democrats have been pushing this smaller infrastructure
framework (BIF) the whole time, because that’s what their wealthy donors
and corporate lobbyists want.

Rashida, AOC, Ilhan, and other Justice Democrats have made it clear: We’re
ready to legislate for the PEOPLE, not corporate lobbyists and Wall
Street.
