This Christian boy has now languished four years in prison, being tried as an adult for an offense that carries the death penalty under Pakistan's barbaric blasphemy laws. Even worse, the police investigators specifically found that his statements did NOT constitute blasphemy.
Yet he could die for his faith. Our global affiliate office in Pakistan is working in court to defend Shahzad. We recently presented an oral intervention to the U.N. Human Rights Council on his behalf. And JUST DAYS AGO, our attorneys presented before members of the European Union Parliament, urging action and the quick passage of a resolution in support of Shahzad.
No one – especially someone who was a child when falsely charged – should ever face death for their Christian faith. We've helped free Christians from death row in Pakistan before. But now we need you to take action with us.
Sign Petition: Free Shahzad. Save Pakistani Christians From Death.
