Adam Schiff here. I wanted to reach out to you about my friend Haley Stevens and why it’s absolutely critical we protect her seat in the House. But first, I have an important question:

Haley’s end-of-month fundraising deadline is in just a few days and she needs your help to reach it. Will you chip in $25 or any amount that is meaningful to you to Haley’s critical re-election campaign?

Friend, I’ve seen Haley’s work firsthand in Congress. She’s tough. And a leader who values protecting our democracy, addressing climate change, providing relief to families and small businesses across the country – especially during this pandemic.

Haley believes in our country, communities, and democracy. That’s exactly why she's one of the GOP’s biggest targets going into the midterms next year. She’s currently facing one of the toughest re-election campaigns of 2022. Look, we cannot lose her seat. It would be a disaster not only for the people of Michigan, but also for our nation to lose our slim Democratic majority.

Haley’s race was one of the closest in the entire country last year and her race is shaping up to be one of the most competitive – and expensive – yet again. Republicans even just launched a major six-figure ad buy against her, fueled by mega donors and Trump loyalists. You can bet they’ll spend millions upon millions to try and buy this seat. We cannot let them.

Thanks to you and the rest of her grassroots team, we flipped this seat and the House in 2018. Now we’re counting on you to step up again and chip in to help Haley stand up to these GOP attacks, hold this seat, and reach her end-of-month goal. Are you in?

There’s a lot on the line in 2022. In fact, our very democracy could be on the line. And we need to show Republicans that they won’t have the opportunity to undo all of the progress we’ve made. That starts with supporting Haley.
