Monday 1st November, 7pm: WCL Monthly Meeting - May 2022 Breakthrough Campaign Strategy! 7pm, Monday 1st November
We will be joined by Elfrede Brambley-Crawshaw the new London Field Organiser and hear about her experience winning council seats and how she is supporting us and other local parties in London for the May 2022 elections. It's also a great opportunity to hear from our candidates, Colin Murphy and Fabian Frenzel and their campaign teams about their progress on local issues in their target wards and ways you can help get them elected. Saturday 6th November: Join the Green Party bloc at the Global Day of Action for Climate Justice in London!
On 6 November 2021, as world leaders meet in Glasgow for the COP26 Global Climate Summit, towns and cities across the world will take to the streets demanding global climate justice. It will take place against a background of accelerating climate disasters all around the world. And it cannot afford to fail.
In London, we will meet at 12pm outside the Bank of England (we will meet at Mansion House Street, EC3V 3LA), before marching to Trafalgar Square for a rally at 3pm.
WCL Day of Action: Saturday 20th November: Meeting Colin and Fabian in person
Hammersmith: there will be a day of action with Colin and local members delivering leaflets about his work in the ward. Soup and bread provided! Please sign up here.
Kensington: Fabian will be leading a Green Walk and Talk with other local members. You'll be able to meet fellow Green Party members, hear about the local campaign and ways to help out. Please sign up here.
