John,

The phone rings. But it's not a person. It's another robocall, a potential scam, an unwanted solicitation you don't want and didn't ask for.

Each year, scammers and spammers are getting more sophisticated. As technology advances, so do their tools. So we need better tools to take on this fight and protect Americans against these scammers.

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed legislation that would protect Americans from scammers. Now it's time for the Senate to pass this legislation.

Sign my petition: tell the Senate to crack down on spoofers, spammers, and robocalls.

These are crimes of convenience in one major sense, John: as long as our laws don't keep up with the times, spammers and scammers will keep at it. They'll keep pushing the limits as long as we give them room to do so.

That's why the Senate needs to take action right now because we can't wait to protect consumers.

Sign my petition: Tell the Senate to take aggressive action on spoofers, scammers, and robocalls.
