Team, Donald Trump is suing both the Congressional select committee investigating January 6th and the National Archives to stop his private documents related to January 6th from being turned over to Congress. Here’s what I know for certain: Donald Trump spent months sowing doubt in our elections and refused to accept defeat after losing the presidency to Joe Biden. Ultimately, his election fraud conspiracies and violent rhetoric inspired violent extremists to try to block the certification of a democratic election. This was a dark chapter in our history. Donald Trump’s lawsuits are nothing more than an attempt to avoid accountability for what happened. Americans deserve answers, truth, and transparency, and that is exactly what they’ll get as long as Democrats hold the House Majority. Thanks for standing with us, Rep. Brad Schneider
