These bills will invest billions in the priorities we pushed for. They will lower taxes and lower costs for working families. They will invest resources into pre-K for every child, child tax credits for working families, child and elder care for families with loved ones to care for, affordable housing, sustainability to tackle the climate crisis, and tax reforms to ensure wealthy corporations pay their fair share. They will invest in higher education to give more students the chance to pursue their dreams, and they will make healthcare more affordable and accessible. Most important, these bills will create good union jobs and invest in the human infrastructure of our country—our families, our kids and our future.
