The Republican Party of Texas

This year we passed the Heartbeat Act into law and in the very moment it took effect the Biden administration immediately challenged it.

John, do you still stand with us in the fight to protect life in Texas?

Yes, I stand for life in Texas

No, I've been intimidated by Biden

This year we passed the Heartbeat Act into law and in the very moment it took effect the Biden administration immediately challenged it.

We won that challenge in Federal Court and again at the Supreme Court, now the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the Heartbeat Act on Monday November 1st via an expedited timeline.

The Biden administration is pouring a ton of effort into fighting back against our Heartbeat Act -- not only has the DOJ sued us, but the administration has even called us out by name in their recent 'National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality' fact sheet.

The fact is that Biden's administration is the most openly pro-abortion/anti-life administration in the history of our country.

It is so deeply pro-abortion the current Vice President has illegally colluded with abortion providers to help them win in court.

All of this is why I am reaching out to ask, John.

Despite the Biden administration's extensive efforts, we are still prepared to fight for life in Texas. Will you join us?

Yes, I stand for life in Texas

No, I've been intimidated by Biden

Thank you for your feedback.

Sincerely,
