IYD will host a Strategic Planning Session to enhance engagement in our organization and chart a new course for our work.
The Strategic Planning Team will conduct an analysis of the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine a mission and vision for the organization, and develop a plan outlining strategic goals, objectives, and strategies.
