John,

I have been super busy on the campaign trail meeting voters and listening to what issues are most important to you. I just wanted to quickly check in about the pre-existing conditions email that went out last week. As a State Representative, I fought to re-authorize Montana's Medicaid expansion, ensuring over 90,000 Montanans retain their coverage.

Together, with my fellow legislators, we introduced and passed legislation to protect those with pre-existing conditions and chronic illnesses. The status of your physical and mental health should not dictate how much it costs to see a doctor.

But there is more work to do. We need to keep fighting to bring change to our state.

Our goal is to receive donations from 2,000 grassroots donors before the end of the month - will you pitch in $20 right now to help us get there >> [[link removed]]

So far, we have 432 donations. It’s a good start, but we still have a long way to go.

Thank you for being a part of this,

Tom Winter
