In just a moment, I will ask you to split a critical contribution between my and Jeff’s campaigns to help us defeat our extremist GOP opponents. But first, let me explain why your support is so important — especially this week.

On Sunday, my GOP opponents held their first Senate primary forum. Josh Mandel — a Trump-wannabe, out of touch, right-wing extremist — said he would go to the Senate to be “reinforcements for Jim Jordan, Ted Cruz, and Donald Trump.” 

Far-right Republicans like my opponent, Josh Mandel, and Jeff’s opponent, Jim Jordan, are using fear-mongering and reckless rhetoric to rally their supporters. Josh and Jim routinely uplift some of Trump’s most dangerous views — from arguing against life-saving vaccines to peddling Trump’s Big Lie that the 2020 election was stolen.

Bottom line: Josh and Jim are dangerous for the country and wrong for Ohio. Jeff and I have what it takes to win these races, but we’ll need a whole lot of grassroots support.
